Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are strictly for defect items only. We only allow for exchange within 7 days from the day you receive your parcel (10 days if you have chose the basic mail option).
Exchanges to a new piece will only be allowed if the item is still available. If not, a refund will be given instead.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items are not returnable/exchangeable: Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return request, please:
- Please contact us at hello@shopnawraa.com if you would like to make any returns
- Pack the item and ensure its in original packing material
- Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 calendar days from dispatch date for local orders, or 30 calendar days for international orders. We will not be responsible for any lost mail.
You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a store credit refund. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
