Shipping policy
Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Instock
After placing your order and selecting the mode of delivery at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for shipment within 2 to 5 business days. Deliveries are made from 8am to 11pm daily. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Pre-order
Preorders will normally take between 2 to 6 weeks from date of purchase. However, should we receive the items earlier, we will send it out to you immediately. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs. We will notify all affected customers on any delay of preorders via email/text message. We seek your patience & understanding on this.
NAWRAA.SG is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations.
